However, the perception of workers, including managers, assistant managers, and implementers, plays a significant role in assessing the effectiveness of GCG application. This study aims to explore the differences in workers' perceptions of GCG at PT (Persero) Medan Industrial Estate and provide recommendations for improvement.

Good Corporate Governance is a set of principles and practices that aim to promote transparency, accountability, accountability, independence, and fairness in a company's operations. This study employed a quantitative descriptive method with case studies supported by descriptive explanatory surveys. Data analysis included the variance homogeneity test, inter-subject tests, bonferroni and tukey tests for the same variable variables, and Tamhane's T2 tests for different variable variables.
