The majority of respondents aged between 40-49 years (65%), with most of S1 education (60%) and have work experience in the field of construction for 10-20 years (85%). This shows that they already have a deep understanding of the dynamics of construction projects, so that they can appreciate the contribution of consultants better.
Conclusion
The role of construction management consultants in development projects in the cities of Binjai and Pematangsiantar has proven significant in preventing rework. Through strict supervision and effective management, the project can be completed according to the schedule and budget that has been set. This shows that investment in construction management consulting services not only provides added value to the quality of work results, but also efficiency in the project implementation process.
