A study was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Binjai to investigate whether there was a relationship between the intensity of the use of online games with the quality of sleep of class XI students during the Pandemi Covid-19.

However, excessive use of online games can have a negative impact, one of which is on sleep quality. In adolescents, quality sleep is very important for physical and mental growth. With a pandemic condition that requires students to learn from home, many of them experience changes in sleep patterns, and this can be influenced by the habit of playing online games.

A total of 135 class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Binjai became respondents with the criteria for inclusion and exclusion that had been determined. Data analysis was carried out using the Chi-Square statistical test to determine whether there was a significant relationship between the two variables.

Nevertheless, this study found that the duration of sleep and dysfunction naphtrocious had a significant relationship with student sleep quality, with the value of P <0.05.
