The bootstrapping procedure used to test this significance produces confidence intervals ranging from 0.427 to 1.141 at a significance level of 0.05, which shows that this indirect effect is also significant.

From the results of the study, it can be concluded that Siak not only directly affects the effectiveness of employee work, but also makes a significant contribution indirectly.
