Data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression methods and hypothesis testing using a 5% significance level.

The results of the analysis show that the personal variable has a positive influence, but is not significant on consumer decisions. Meanwhile, the motivational variable shows a positive and significant effect. Likewise, the perception variable has a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions to use kiloan laundry services. This indicates that consumer motivation and perception is very important in determining their choice of laundry services.

Personal factors, although it shows a positive influence, is not significant. This can be interpreted that individual characteristics such as age, sex, or educational background do not sufficient to influence consumer decisions in using laundry services. Consumers may be more influenced by external and situational factors rather than their personal characteristics.

Consumer motivation, such as the desire for time efficiency, ease of access, and service quality, has a significant impact. Consumers tend to choose kiloan laundry services because this service offers practical solutions for those who have a high activity. This factor shows that laundry entrepreneurs need to understand and meet the needs of consumer motivation to improve purchasing decisions.

Perception

Consumer perceptions of service quality also contribute significantly. If consumers have a positive view of the quality, price, and reputation of laundry services, then it is likely that they will choose to use these services.
