Methodology

This study uses a causal associative approach, which aims to analyze the relationship between variables and how one variable can affect other variables. The population of this study was all employees of PT Artha Angkasa Tebing Tinggi, totaling 121 people. The research sample was chosen from this population with a total of 94 employees. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data were obtained from companies and literature. The data analysis method used was descriptive methods and quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

Results

The results of this study showed that the communication variable and physical work environment together or partially had a positive and significant influence on employee morale. The contribution of these variables to employee morale reached 58.3%, while the remaining 41.7% was influenced by other factors that were not examined in this study.
