Abstract
This study aims to empirically test the influence of capital intellectual on business performance at PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (Persero), a company under the Ministry of SOEs. The data used in this study were taken from the annual report for the period 2009 to 2013 involving decision makers or managerial staff in the company. The variable studied consists of three independent variables that form capital intellectual, namely Human Capital (HC), Structural Capital (SC), and Relational Capital (RC). Meanwhile, the dependent variable used is Business Performance (BF). The approach used is correlational, which aims to determine the significant relationship and the level of relationship between these variables. The analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) IBM-Amos 21.

This study uses a correlational approach, which aims to determine the significant relationship and the level of relationship between the variables. The data used in this study were taken from the annual report for the period 2009 to 2013 involving decision makers or managerial staff in the company. The analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) IBM-Amos 21.
Results
The results of this study show that structural capital (SC) had a positive influence on business performance (BF), as well as Human Capital (HC) and Relational Capital (RC), each also has a positive influence on business performance (BF).

The findings of this study suggest that the three components of intellectual capital - Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Relational Capital - have a positive influence on business performance at PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (Persero).
