Introduction
The problem of persons with body disabilities is one of the significant social challenges in Indonesia. Persons with disabilities have equal rights and obligations in various aspects of life, including the right to get jobs according to the type and level of disability they experience. Efforts to empower persons with disabilities are expected to improve their mental and social abilities, so that they are able to contribute in society in accordance with their abilities, education, skills, and interests. One of the government steps in this empowerment is the skills training program provided at the Bina Daksa Social Institution "Bahagia" North Sumatra.

Impact Analysis of Rehabilitation Services
Social rehabilitation services in social institutions have a significant impact on the independence of persons with disabilities. The training process not only focuses on mastering technical skills, but also pays attention to the psychological and social aspects of individuals. With this holistic approach, people with disabilities can foster self-confidence and increase their social interaction. In addition, support from family and community also plays an important role in helping them adapt after leaving the orphanage.
The results of this study show that the majority of people with disabilities have found work in accordance with the skills obtained during the training, except for one individual who does not work according to their skills. This indicates that the training program provided by the Bina Daksa Social Institution "Bahagia" has been effective in empowering individuals with disabilities to become independent and self-sufficient.
