Methodology

This study employed a quantitative approach, collecting primary data through questionnaires and secondary data through literature studies. A total of 130 respondents were involved in this study, and data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS version 3.0 m3. The study aimed to investigate the relationship between work discipline and the effectiveness of health services at the Padang Bulan Health Center.

The results of this study showed that work discipline had a significant influence on the effectiveness of health services at the Padang Bulan Health Center. This can be seen from the T-Statistic value which reaches 12,054, which is greater than T-Table (1.96). Thus, alternative hypotheses (ha) are accepted. The effect of work discipline is positive and significant, with a parameter coefficient of 0.695. In addition, the coefficient of determination of 0.483 shows that 48.3% of the effectiveness of the effectiveness of health services can be explained by the work discipline variable. The rest, which is 51.7%, is influenced by other factors that are not examined in this study.

Conclusion

From the results of this study, it is clear that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of health services at the Padang Bulan Health Center. To increase the effectiveness of services, it is essential for the Puskesmas management to prioritize the development of work discipline among health workers. This will not only improve individual performance, but can also bring broad benefits to public health. Thus, efforts to improve work discipline must be an integral part of the Puskesmas management strategy.
