The results of this study showed that the two variables, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, had a positive and significant influence on the actual use of coin laundry services. The coefficient of determination test revealed that the combination of these two variables explains around 31.1% of variability in the use of coin laundry services, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the scope of the research.
