This study used a Complete Random Design (CRD) with 6 treatments, where each treatment was repeated 4 times. The treatment group consisted of K- (negative control), K+ (positive control), as well as P1, P2, P3, and P4.

All groups were given high fat feed and distillation water regularly. The negative control group (K-) was induced using corn oil solvents, while the positive control group (K+) and the treatment group (P1, P2, P3, and P4) were induced by DMBA at a dose of 10 mg/kg body weight (dissolved in corn oil). Skin histology preparation was carried out by the paraffin method and hematoxylin-eosin (HE) coloring method.

The results showed that durian skin extract (Durio zibethinus murr.) at a dose of 450 mg/kg body weight can increase the thickness of the epithelium in skin lesions, increase the number of fibroblasts, and reduce cancer lesions areas.
