As for A2 treatment, the carbohydrate content reached 55.3 g, protein 11.3 g, fat 20.9 g, calcium 362 mg, and phosphorus 389.4 mg. These results indicate that both biscuit treatments have a fairly good nutritional value and can be a healthy alternative choice for the community.
