The research location is determined purposively, with a focus on 17 palm oil breeding farmers. The sampling method uses a census approach, where all farmers involved in oil palm nurseries in the sub-district are completed to be the subject of research.

The results of the study showed that the total cost for oil palm breeding farming in the sub-district was completed to reach Rp. 5,512,958.20. Of the total costs, the average production cost per oil palm seedlings is around Rp. 1,435. This shows that this farm requires special attention in managing costs in order to operate efficiently.
