Victims can immediately get access to services from the North Sumatra Province DP3A, such as getting a referral to the hospital to get medicines and report the perpetrators to the nearest police station.

Another advantage of the PPA symphony is that the victim's data that has been recorded at the hospital and the police station can be accessed quickly. This avoids recording time that takes time and efficiency.
