Research informants included HR Operational Assessment Center Staff, Krani Assessment HR, HR Development Staff, and Employees who work in the company. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

The results showed that the MSDM audit at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan runs effectively. The company recruitment system is good enough because it uses complete sources and methods, including internal and external. The HRM Audit and Employee Recruitment have proven to have a positive impact on employee performance, seen from improving employee performance in the last two years.
