In this context, the educational equality program for children (PKBM) is one of the main focuses. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the PKBM program in LPKA Class I Medan City, using a qualitative method that combines interview, observation, and documentation techniques. A total of eleven informants consisting of two key informants, six main informants, and three additional informants were involved in this study.
