Research Methodology

This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 40 respondents. The data analysis method consists of validity and reliability tests, as well as descriptive and quantitative approaches. Multiple linear regression test is applied to analyze the data, using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The data used includes primary and secondary data, and this research involves 40 respondents as samples.

Results and Discussion

The results of this study show that the variables of work culture, namely innovation, accuracy, individual impact, teamwork, and aggressiveness, have a positive and significant influence on employee work commitments at PT. EXSON SOLUSINDO PRATAMA. This can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression analysis, where the value of F count (5,872) is greater than F table (2.34) at a significance level of 5%, with a p-value value of 0.000 which is much smaller than 0.05.

Further analysis shows that of the six variables, aggressiveness (X6) is the most dominant factor, with a t value of 1.995. This shows that competition between employees contributes significantly to their commitment to the company. In addition, the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 51.6% of employee commitment can be explained by the variables of work culture analyzed, while 48.4% are influenced by other factors that are not included in this study.
