Introduction

Research Methodology

This study employed a quantitative approach, using a purposive sampling technique to select 262 respondents from the Faculty of Psychology, University of North Sumatra. The data obtained were then analyzed using simple linear regression and F test to determine the significance of the relationship between product quality and consumer loyalty.

The analysis showed that the quality of the product, including aspects of reliability and performance of shampoo, has a major effect on positive attitudes and consumer commitment.
