Introduction

Interestingly, the percentage of P. Brassicae attacks was inversely proportional to the production of mustard greens. The treatment with a conidia density of 10^7 conidia/ml of water produced the highest production of 993.85 g/plot, while the control treatment produced the lowest production of 523.78 g/plot.

The results of this study indicate that the administration of Gliocladium Virens, especially with a high density of conidia (10^7 conidia/ml of water), can effectively suppress the development of yard root disease and increase the production of mustard greens. The use of Gliocladium Virens as a biopesticide is an environmentally friendly alternative to controlling diseases, and can be a solution for farmers in maintaining the quality and quantity of mustard greens.
