The results of this study showed that PT. Atmindo Tbk has carried out 125 out of a total of 132 points of the requirements in OHSAS 18001: 2007. This means that the application of SMK3 in this company can be categorized in the category of satisfying application with a percentage of 96%. This indicates that 125 points that must be met have been carried out well. In addition, the K3 management system and the environment are also in the process of implementing, showing the commitment of PT. Atmindo Tbk on occupational safety and health.

The results of this study show that PT. Atmindo Tbk is on the right track to implement SMK3 based on OHSAS 18001: 2007. However, companies need to continue to improve and complete the parts that are still lacking, so that they can achieve the expected standards.
