That is, the better location, available facilities, attractive designs, comfortable environment, and good reputation, the higher the value of the property. However, if analyzed partially, only facilities, design, and reputation are proven to have positive and significant influences. Among these three factors, housing reputation turned out to be the dominant factor that most influenced the property value.
