Horticultural commodities with the highest development priorities are large chili, which are found in 10 districts: Sidikalang, Silima Pungapunga, Lae Parira, Siempat Nempu, Siempat Nempu Hulu, Si Empat Nempu Hilir, Tiga Lingga, Mount Sitember, Gotu Kola Hilir, and Tanah Pinem.
