This study aims to analyze the effect of this program on employee performance at PT. Indolakto Jl. Raya Medan, KM 11.5 Tanjung Morawa.

Background

PT. Indolakto, as a company engaged in the dairy industry, faces intense competition in the market. To stay ahead of the competition, the company needs to ensure that its employees are motivated and performing at their best. Methodology

This study involved all Sales employees of PT. Indolakto, totaling 105 people, using the Slovin sampling method which produced 52 people as samples. The research methods used are descriptive, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The hypothesis test includes a partial and simultaneous significance test with a significance level of 5% and the coefficient of determination.

Results

The results of this study showed that the compensation and motivation program had a significant influence on the performance of PT. Indolakto. The R Square value of 0.527 indicates that 52.7% of employee performance variables (Y) can be explained by the compensation variable (X1) and Motivation (X2). The remaining 47.3% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.
