The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and was calculated by the Slovin formula, which is 99 people. Research data obtained from observation, documentation, and distribution of questionnaires to respondents.

The results of this study show that the communication variables, resources, and bureaucratic structures have a positive and significant influence on the implementation of village fund management policies. However, the attitude of implementation has a positive but not significant influence on policy implementation.
