Introduction
Paya Bakung Village, located in Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency, is a prime location for conducting a feasibility analysis of rice farming. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of the business by measuring the ratio of revenue to costs (R/C ratio), analyzing break-even points, and identifying the factors that affect rice production. By using the R/C ratio analysis method, break-even point, and multiple linear regression analysis, the results of this study provide a clear picture of the potential of rice farming in the area.
Methodology

In further analysis using multiple linear regression, it was found that factors such as land area, labor, fertilizer, seeds, and pesticides together had a significant impact on increasing rice production. However, when seen separately, only the area of land and phosphorus fertilizer (P) have a significant influence on rice production. Meanwhile, variable labor, nitrogen fertilizer (N), potassium fertilizer (K), pesticides, and seeds do not show significant effects.

Although rice production seems feasible to continue, farmers need to consider the selection of factors that contribute positively to the harvest.
