Methodology
This study employed a restricted sample of 100 students from the Faculty of Economics, Panca Budi Development University. The sampling method used was a restricted sample, and data collection was done through a questionnaire. The variables were measured using a Likert scale with five levels. Before data collection, the questionnaire was tested for reliability and validity with 100 respondents. The validity test used product moment correlation statistics, while the reliability test used the Cronbach Alpha value.
Data Analysis
To determine the simultaneous effect of the independent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was used. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the F test, and to see the contribution of each independent variable partially used the t test. The results showed that the significance value of F was 0.000, which was smaller than the test rate α = 0.05. This indicates that together, cultural, social, personal, psychological, product, price, promotion, and service variables influence students' decisions in choosing education at the Panca Budi Development University.
Results
The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²) showed that 51.6% of students' decisions in choosing the Panca Budi Development University can be explained by cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors. The remaining 48.4% is explained by other factors that are not included in this model. As for the second hypothesis, the coefficient of determination (R²) produces a value of 0.364, shows that 36.4% of student decision factors in choosing universities can be explained by these variables, while 63.6% are explained by other factors.

The influence of these factors can vary, depending on the background and needs of each student. For example, cultural factors can be very dominant for students who come from certain regions who uphold education, while social factors may have a major effect on students who are influenced by the environment or peers.
