The respondents were chosen using the Action Sampling technique, and data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale with five levels of assessment. The data analysis was carried out using the factor analysis method and path analysis.

Results

The results of the factor analysis show that there are 14 variables that affect tourist satisfaction on Pandan Beach. These variables include:

  7. Accommodation and Transportation: This variable refers to the availability of accommodations and transportation services for tourists.
  8. Service price: This variable refers to the price of services provided to tourists, including accommodations, food, and activities.
  9. Hospitality: This variable refers to the level of friendliness and service provided by service providers.
