The results of this study showed that the wage system at PT. Nusantara III Plantation Gunung Pamela Kebun consists of eight components, namely: basic salary, rice allowances, holiday allowances, leave allowances, social allowances, premiums, bonuses, and assistance of school children. The data also showed that labor employees are satisfied working at PT. Nusantara III Plantation Gunung Pamela and satisfied with the wage system applied.
The multiple linear regression analysis revealed that basic salaries, rice allowances, and social allowances have a positive and significant influence on the level of satisfaction of labor employees. These findings suggest that a fair and transparent wage system is essential for labor employee satisfaction.
